We’re here if plans change.

Email bookings@cambridge-executive-cars.co.uk and include your booking reference. We read it ourselves.

Cancellation

Cancel in the app up to 12 hours before collection and the card payment is refunded in full. Inside 12 hours the fare is kept, though you can still write to us.

Flight delays

On an airport pickup the price includes one hour from landing. After that, waiting is £11.25 for each 15 minutes. If the flight changes, tell us the new number.

Larger cars

For 5 or more passengers the car is subject to availability. We confirm before the booking is made, and you are only charged once we confirm.
