Privacy notice

AlphaCEC collects only what we need to collect you and to take payment. If you choose to save a card, Stripe keeps it. We store a reference, never the card number.

What we keep

• Your name, email and mobile number.
• The addresses, postcodes, dates and times of the journey.
• Flight numbers and terminals, when you are flying.
• How many passengers and bags, and any note you leave.
• A Stripe payment reference. We never see or store your card number. Stripe processes the payment.

Why

To quote the journey, send the car, email your confirmation, and keep our accounts. The lawful basis is the contract to carry you, and our legal duty to keep financial records.

Who sees it

The office, the driver on the day, Stripe, and the email service that sends the confirmation see a booking. We do not sell your details.

How long

We keep booking records for up to six years, which is the usual period for UK accounts, and then delete them. You can ask us to erase a booking sooner where the law allows.

Your choices

Email bookings@cambridge-executive-cars.co.uk to see, correct, or ask us to delete what we hold. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This notice is written for the app. Please have it read over before the app is published if your insurer or accountant wants a change.
